BE ZEROEMISSION – IT IS VERY SIMPLE

Everyone is directly or indirectly responsible for the emission of air pollutants, including particulate matter, during their daily activities. Pollutants are emitted and dispersed with different intensity and in different areas: car traffic, apartment heating, electricity production for home and office etc.

The current level of technology and our daily activities do not allow us to eliminate all sources of air pollution. However, thanks to the Oxygen City Air Filter installed in the most sensitive points of the city, it is possible to efficiently and effectively eliminate the „dust trace” generated by our daily activities.

One of the ways to achieve zero emissions is to remove from the air an amount of pollutants equivalent to our own emissions. A company, an office or any other organization can purchase the equivalent of the air purified, corresponding to the amount of particulate matter emitted during its activity. In this way it effectively takes care of the environment in which we live. It also obtains the „Zero Emissions Certificate”, which is proof of its conscious and responsible attitude towards the world and our common future.

Oxygen filters placed near busy intersections and thoroughfares are designed to purify the air in order to minimize the spread of suspended particulate matter to a larger area of the city, including residential districts and recreational areas.

POLLUTION EMISSION BALANCING

The balancing concept assumes that each Oxygen filter will remove an amount of pollutants from the air corresponding to the emissions of a specific number of cars.

Based on certain assumptions it is possible to calculate the amount of filters necessary to free urban space from emissions generated by cars.

Of course, the whole concept is based on generalizations and rounding, because both the emissions of individual cars are variable and highly unpredictable and the concentration of pollutants in the air is not a constant value. In addition, the air circulates and mixes more or less. Nevertheless, what is important in our concept is the fact that Oxygen filters eliminate pollutants and therefore undoubtedly have a positive effect on air quality.

Taking into consideration the above assumptions, it should be assumed that zero-emissions is a conventional term for a single car or filter, however, on a wider scale, the accepted generalizations should coincide with the real situation. Thus also the effect of the City Air Filters will be noticeable and felt by city dwellers.

What matters is the scale – the more action, the bigger and better effect!
